All images should be either a 5” x 7” 300dpi JPEG or a 2100 x 1500 pixels at a 72dpi. You (The client) are responsible for securing all rights to reproduce the images provided and by submitting the images to Wertz Designs you signify that you have obtained the proper permission to do so. Team sponsor logos should be submitted in an EPS or Adobe Illustrator format. You typically can get a copy of your sponsor logos from your vinyl lettering company.

Complete the order form above and then print and mail back to Wertz Designs or hit the submit by email button for the fastest processing of your order. Upon receiving the order form Wertz Designs will email you an invoice to arrange payment for the appropriate project and once payment is received work will commence on your professional autograph hero cards. Typical turnaround time is 2 to 3 weeks. All projects will be shipped via UPS Ground.
